To participate in the Big Lots Survey, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
- Purchase is not necessary to enter the survey.
- Legal residents of the United States (50 states) and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) are eligible.
- The survey must be completed by using http://www.biglots.com/survey
- One entry is allowed per survey invitation.
- Must take the Big Lots survey within 7 days of the visit.
- Survey prizes are non-refundable and must be accepted as offered.
Prerequisites
- Big Lots sales receipt.
- Must be 18 years or above age for participating.
- A personal computer or mobile device with an active internet connection.
- Ability to read and understand English and Spanish language.
How to Enter the BigLots Survey
If you fulfill all the requirements, you are ready to participate in the big Lots survey. Here are different ways to do it.
Entering Big Lots Survey with a purchase receipt:
- Enter the official survey website by clicking the button below.
- Select the language you prefer and then click on the “begin survey” button.
- The first question posed to you is “Did you make a purchase?”. Choose “Yes” and click on “Next”.
- From your Big Lots receipt, enter the register number, transaction number, store number, and time and date.
- Click “Next” to begin the survey.
- Fill in the Big Lots survey questionnaire about your experience.
- Rate your experience, cleanliness, employee behavior, satisfaction, environment, facilities, and products.
- Then you will be asked to give contact information for sweepstakes entry.
- Click on “submit” to finish the survey.

Taking the survey without a purchase receipt:
In case you don’t have a receipt, Big Lots allows you to enter the sweepstakes survey to win the gift card. You can follow the below steps:
- Go to www.biglots.com/survey.
- Choose the language from either English or Spanish. Click the “Begin Survey” button.
- In answer to the question “Did you make a purchase?”, answer “No” and click “Next”.
- Select the Big Lots store from the dropdown menu for which you want to provide feedback.
- Answer all the survey questions as honestly as possible.
- Your contact information will be requested when you complete the survey. In order for Big Lots to get in touch with you and deliver you your reward if you are the drawing's winner, be sure to complete all of the fields provided accurately.
Enter the survey via the Mail-In process:
- Get a piece of paper or postcard that is between 3.5" x 5" and 4.25" x 6" in size (We recommend a postcard as there is no need for an additional envelope, and you are guaranteed to pay the lowest postage fee).
- Enter your full name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP code, contact number, and email address.
- Provide your feedback about the Big Lots stores you visited.
